Introduction
The Action Plan Pulse mobile application is highly integrated with the Action Plan system, and its main purpose is to provide certain system functions to users using mobile devices, thus increasing the convenience of use.
The main modules of the Action Plan Pulse application are:
- Messages
- Quick Kaizen
- Audits
- Action Plan
- Notifications
Messages Module
The Message Module is a place where the Pulse application user can find all messages sent to him from the Action Plan system.
Quick Kaizen Module
In the Quick Kaizen Module, Pulse application users can submit their employee ideas, as well as view the status of previously submitted ideas. When creating a new employee idea, the user is asked to describe the problem, propose a solution and indicate the organizational unit to which the problem applies. In addition, the user has the option of attaching photos illustrating the problem.
In order for the user to have access to the Quick Kaizen module, his organization must purchase the appropriate license and grant him the appropriate permissions.
Audits Module
The Audits module is used by users to perform checklists in the audit zones previously defined in the Action Plan system of their organization. The module also allows you to perform an unscheduled audit using the "Ad-hoc audit" function.
In order for the user to have access to the Audits module, his organization must purchase the appropriate license and grant him the appropriate permissions.
Action Plan Module
In the Action Plan module, it is possible to create an action plan: a list of tasks to be performed by assigned persons. To create an action plan, it is necessary to provide a topic for the entire action plan, as well as for each individual action.
Notifications Module
The Notifications module contains a list of all notifications concerning the user, such as notifications about actions assigned to him or audits to be performed.
