๐๏ธ Introduction
The Action Audit module, also known as the audit module, is a part of the Action Plan system related to configuration, scheduling, conducting and reporting all types of audits in the organization.
๐๏ธ Checklists management
The Action Plan system audit module provides advanced configuration options for checklists. The graphic below shows a fragment of the checklist edit form.
๐๏ธ Auditor groups management
Auditor group management is available in the main menu of the application under the link Auditor settings. A person with appropriate permissions, i.e. the administrator or audit manager can create and manage any number of groups of auditors, which will later be used in other parts of the audit module.

Audit areas are organizational units, which are the main subjects of audits. To perform an audit there needs to exist audit area associated with that audit.
๐๏ธ Audits schedule
The Action Plan system audit module within one universal view allows you to create schedules for all types of audits, including multi-layer ones, while maintaining transparency of information. The graphic below shows an example schedule covering both "flat" and layered audits.
๐๏ธ Audits list
The audits list is a view available in the main menu of the application under the link with the same name, presenting a list of all audits that meet a certain criteria. An example of the list is shown in the graphic below.
๐๏ธ Audit standard
Audit standard management is available through the list of audit zones.
๐๏ธ Reports
While working with the Action Audit module, users performing various roles in the auditing process enter large amounts of data into the system, which are later used not only for current operational activities, but also as a source of data for reports.
๐๏ธ Creating new audit
There are two main ways of creating new audits: ad-hoc and through the schedule.
