ποΈ Accessing the system
The Action Plan system is a web application available from a web browser at the address specified for a given customer. In most cases, it is:
ποΈ Application appearance
In the Action Plan application we can distinguish 2 types of views, which on surface may look similar, but they differ in few important places. These views are: the main view and the view of a specific action plan.
ποΈ User account
Each user in the Action Plan System has their account. It can be created by a user with administrator permissions.
ποΈ Dashboard
The first visible screen after logging into the application is the Dashboard. Each user can adapt it to their own needs using the prepared elements, the so-called. widgets. In addition, each user will see different data, as the view contains personalized information, depending on the user's role, assignment in the organizational structure and participation in action plans.
ποΈ Search
The first item from the top in the left menu is the search box. It is a versatile tool that allows you to find various types of objects in the system.
ποΈ Data filtering
In Action Plan, tables and lists are available in many places. Typically, the table header contains fields that allow you to filter the data by each column. The graphic below shows most of the typical filters as well as buttons for applying and deleting filters.
ποΈ My activities
One of the most important aspects of working with the Action Plan is taking and implementing the entrusted actions. First, however, you need to find them in the system, and there are many different ways to do this. Here are the main places you can find activities:
ποΈ Advanced plan configuration
Outside of standard dependent and independent activities, Action Plan provides more advanced options of plan configuration - these are task lists and nested plans.
ποΈ Users permissions
Action Plan has implemented an extremely advanced authorization system, based on roles and organizational structure, allowing for precise planning: who, to what and with what authorizations will have access.
ποΈ Users vs. workers
So far, we have been talking about users. There is another list of people in the system - these are the workers. Workers cannot log into the system and no license fee for a worker account is charged. By design, workers should represent the full list of people employed in the organization.
ποΈ Organisation settings
Organization settings is a screen available to a narrow group of users, the so-called customer representatives, available as one of the options in the user menu.
ποΈ Import of user and employee data
The Action Plan system allows you to import data from an .xlsx file. The file must be in the appropriate format and must contain the appropriate columns, depending on the import type: Users, Employees, and Contacts. Administrator privileges are required to import data.
