Dashboard
The first visible screen after logging into the application is the Dashboard. Each user can adapt it to their own needs using the prepared elements, the so-called. widgets. In addition, each user will see different data, as the view contains personalized information, depending on the user's role, assignment in the organizational structure and participation in action plans.
Scoreboard customization is accomplished by:
- Deleting an existing item,
- Replacing an item with another,
- Adding a new item.
The following items are available to the user:
- Announcements - an element containing individual or general messages provided by System Developers to users
- Activities to accept - list of the most urgent actions that the currently logged in user should accept
- Activities to complete - list of the most urgent actions to be performed by the currently logged in user
- Key metrics - graphic presenting the values (from the last 24 hours) of three indicators monitored in the Action Plan system:
- Action plans efficiency - the ratio of unexpired ongoing (not completed) action plans to all ongoing (not completed) action plans expressed as a percentage
- Activities efficiency - the ratio of unexpired ongoing (not completed) activities to all ongoing (not completed) activities, expressed as a percentage
- Employees involvement - the ratio of the number of people assigned to at least one ongoing (not completed) action to the number of all active users, expressed as a percentage
- Notifications - a list of the latest action status changes in the action plans available to the user
- Summary - a table summarizing the number of open and overdue activities and action plans, broken down by organizational units. By clicking on the cell name, you can see the summary for the lower level cells.
- Finished action plans - number of completed action plans: on a given day, in the current week and calendar month
- Finished activities - number of completed activities: on a given day, in the current week and calendar month
