Mail verification issue

Context

The user email address in the Action Plan system needs to be verified from time to time, to prevent unnecessary mail traffic to inactive email addresses. The verification should occur automatically, through the use of links included in the mails from the Action Plan system. The use of these links verifies the account for the following year.

Problem

User has stopped receiving emails from Action Plan or Action Audit. This may be the result of the user email address being unverified.

caution

The unverified email address may not be the cause of the missing emails. Make sure to also check the Spam folder, and whether the user email address has been inputted correctly in the Action Plan system.

Solution

To verify the email address manually, go to Your account settings (top right corner), and press the "Verify email address" button.
