Pulse blocked
Problem
When signing in to the Pulse mobile app, the user receives the message "The application has been blocked. Contact your supervisor. and the SMS message with the activation code does not arrive.
This may be due to a block placed by the person administering Pulse accesses, but also the block may have been imposed automatically due to too many signing out operations.
Do not sign out of Pulse after your work is finished. The sign out option is used to deactivate your account, e.g. if you stop using Pulse altogether or transfer your phone number between companies. In everyday work, sign out should not be used.
Solution
Contact your supervisor or the person who administers Pulse access in your company and ask them to unblock your account.
