Pulse registration issue
Context
The Action Plan Pulse mobile app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play without any restrictions. However, in order to take full advantage of the available features and access company resources, it is necessary to add the Pulse user's mobile phone number to the organization's database in advance. A user whose phone number is not specified for any organization cannot log in to Pulse.
Issue
Sometimes employees of the organization register instead of logging into Action Plan Pulse. This may be due to the fact that they have not been informed about the method of accessing the company's resources via the mobile application, or their number has not been entered into the database or it has been entered incorrectly.
Employees looking for a way to activate the application go to the registration form and unknowingly set up a new account in the demo system. The application is activated, but the user's account is not connected to company resources. In addition, the demo account is activated for a month and at the end of this period, the user begins to receive email notifications with information about the soon to expire license for Action Plan. Especially the latter information, while inadequate, can be stressful.
Solution
A user who is an employee of the company-customer of the Action Plan system should log in to the Pulse application, not register.
If the employee registered a new account via the Pulse application registration form, they should sign out. The sign out option is available in the Pulse user's profile. Then they should go to the login form and start logging in by entering his phone number.
If the form for entering the activation code appears on the screen and an SMS message with the code arrives, it means that everything is fine. However, if the user sees the message "Your phone number was not found. Try again or contact your supervisor.", please contact the person administering the Action Plan system on behalf of the client company to enter or correct the number phone in the database.
